ARE USERS CHARGED BY "IVORYLIST.COM" FOR THE USAGE OF OUR PLATFORM?

The usage of our site is completely FREE for all users neither do we collect transaction fees from the User nor the Service Provider.

ARE WORKERS (SERVICE PROVIDERS) CHARGED BY "IVORYLIST.COM" FOR LISTING ON OUR PLATFORM?

Workers (Service Providers) are required to pay monthly subscription fees to remain listed on our site.

• Our listing rates are quite affordable with rates as low as N1,000 per Month for STATE-WIDE Visibility.
• Our listed workers are VERIFIED upon listing. We partner with some “Identity Verification Firms/Institutions” towards managing this element.
• We provide “some extra cushioning” through our “Professional Indemnity” and “Fidelity Guarantee” Insurance Policies on all listed workers/service providers on our site towards protecting users.
• Our Marketing and Advertising Campaign Structures are quite robust and extensive across effective channels

WHAT VERIFICATION ELEMENTS DOES “IVORYLIST.COM” DEPLOY?

We run identity checks and confirmations of listed workers and service providers through our identity management partner-firms and competence confirmations through unions/associations and professional institutions where possible.

CAN I HIRE DOMESTIC STAFF/WORKERS ON “IVORYLIST.COM”?

As much as we have quite a number of individual domestic workers (Housekeepers, Maids, Security/Gate Guards, Drivers et.al) that might be listed on our site and basic verification checks conducted on them, we will strongly recommend that you hire through domestic staff recruitment agencies also listed on our site. These agencies deploy additional checks like “Guarantors’ Verifications and Medicals” towards keeping you and your family safe.

IS "IVORYLIST.COM" LIABLE IN CASE OF DAMAGES OR THEFT BY A SERVICE PROVIDER?

“Ivorylist.Com” is not overtly liable as indicated in our Terms and Conditions Submission . Users are required to take utmost-standard precautions in their dealings with listed workers (service provider). Service Providers should in most cases not be PAID or FULLY PAID until services are rendered and certified SATISFACTORY by the User. However, we have taken the extra step to have our listed workers (service providers) insured towards protecting our Users.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE INSURANCE LEVERAGE IN CASE OF DAMAGES AND THEFT BY A WORKER (SERVICE PROVIDER)?

It is also most important to offer a feedback on the service provided each time you engage any of our listed workers (service providers) via rating submissions and other feedbacks so we are sure you engaged listed workers(service providers) on our site.

ARE ONLY SERVICE PROVIDER WITHIN THE AFRIAN CONTINENT ALLOWED TO LIST ON "IVORYLIST.COM"?

• As much as our focus is on the expansion of the digital economy footprints in Africa and helping to grow businesses within the continent through varying offers and perks towards making them competitive, we are also aware that our target-users could require some services presently best managed by service providers outside Africa and across countries in Africa that we are not LIVE in yet.
• Hence, we allow service providers (especially Yellow and Purple-Collar Professionals) outside Africa or African Countries we are not LIVE in yet to register also as service providers on Ivorylist.Com
• As a subscriber from outside Africa (or African Countries we are not LIVE in yet), please register with your business name and address at the registration page. But choose a preferred African Country, you will want to deploy your services to “under Country”, then a preferred State within the Country of Preference and a preferred City within the State.
• Do know however, that your business will be VISIBLE to all users in the selected Country once you subscribe to a Premium Subscription Plan.

HOW DO YOU CLAIM YOUR FREE HEALTH PLAN?
