PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:
All payments made on IvoryList.com for the services provided are final and cannot be refunded. All payments made on IvoryList.com will appear on the card holders statement as "Ivory List".
Services provided on this site give users access to an exclusive market place of like minded individuals therefore all payments are centered around access to this exclusivity irrespetive of the size of the market place.
IvoryList.com will attend to any concerns customers have with regards to improving the delivery of its services.
For those services to which users must subscribe, Ivory List has taken great care to ensure the integrity of its payment process.
At this time, subscription based services with Ivory List are scheduled on either a monthly, fixed time spans or annual basis in any functional year. Users who subscribe to the IvoryList.com market place will choose a subscription level of either Gold, Platinum, Silver, Bronze and Diamond and will operate within the benefits of their chosen level for the duration of the active year.
The active subscription period will begin from the date the payment is recieved up until the end of the alloted time frame after the payment date. This policy is subject to change at any time without the customers consent. However once a subscription has been effected by a customer, Ivory List is at liberty to provide the service. Depending on the mode of payment, IvoryList.com will automatically renew existing services at the end of an active subsription unless a formal request to discontinue the subscription is recieved as mentioned in the Services Cancellation & Refunds section below.
SERVICES CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
Customers wishing to discontinue their subscription must call or send a formal request either by mail or through the ( contact us ) page within 14 days of the next billing date.

While IvoryList.com will NOT offer any refunds for payments made for our services, efforts will be made where necessary to attend to any concerns customers have with regards to improving the delivery of our services.

Refund for Paid Services will not be made after 24 hours.
Ivory List will not be obligated to refund Customer or any End User for
unused paid services. Customer will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
Ivory List from and against all liabilities, damages, losses and
expenses, and costs (including settlement costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees)
arising out of an End User’s claim concerning refunds for such paid services.
Where special cases arize, customers may offer additional subscription service offerings as compensation for paid services. Customers make request for this compensations by filling out a form
on the Contact Us link of this website.
Where a refund has been deemed neccesary for a particular scenario, Ivory List will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.
